These terms describe the StackShortlist research service. Your accepted order records the specific audience, quantity, research depth, price and delivery commitment.
Who you are dealing with
StackShortlist is a Veristria product, founded by Lars O. Horpestad, at Sofie Steinnes'veg 9A, 4352 Kleppe, Norway. The public company imprint currently describes a Norwegian AS under incorporation, filed 24 August 2026. We do not claim a registration number that has not been published.

What you are ordering
StackShortlist provides company selection and research, with the depth shown in your order. New-lead work and enrichment of an existing list are different scopes. The lead guide describes the tiers and the pricing page gives the current rates.
A completed new lead is a distinct company meeting the accepted matching rule and mandatory criteria, with at least one named administrator or founder linked to a sourced business email. Generic inboxes alone do not satisfy that condition. Phones are optional. For supplied-list enrichment, a newly acquired named contact is not guaranteed for every company.
Research includes only information supported by the available evidence. Unknown values remain unknown. The catalogue describes requestable criteria; a listed option is not a representation of current stock, a deployed detector or complete coverage of a company’s systems.
Price, checkout and payment
The builder shows your price before checkout. When you submit an order, the server recalculates the price from your specification, saves the order and sends you to Stripe’s secure checkout to pay that saved price. An order exists only when the server confirms it was saved. We prepare your list after payment. If, after payment, the requested quantity or criteria cannot be fully met, we contact you to agree a change or other resolution; we do not silently relax criteria or replace Match all with Match any.
The agreed price is in USD, with applicable taxes shown at payment. One requirement is included in the base rate; each additional requirement adds the published per-company charge. Supplied lists have a 100-company minimum charge, even when fewer unique companies are submitted. There is no subscription or automatic volume discount.
A payment-provider confirmation is required before an order is marked paid. A redirect, return page or chat response does not prove payment. If a payment attempt is ambiguous, keep the order reference and contact support before paying again. Never send card details by email or chat.
Launch prices may change for future orders. A confirmed order keeps its accepted specification and price version. A material change you request may require a revised estimate and delivery date for your approval.
Your input and authority
You are responsible for providing an accurate brief, useful exclusions and a contact address we can reach. For Your-offer intelligence, provide your company website and either an offer link or a brief. The combined brief is limited to 3,000 words.
Only submit company lists, text and documents you are entitled to provide for this purpose. Remove passwords, private credentials, unnecessary personal notes and sensitive personal information. Tell us if your supplied data needs a separate processing agreement before sending it.
You retain your rights in material you supply. You authorize us to process it to review and fulfill your request and provide support, as described in the privacy notice.
Delivery and incomplete scope
Delivery is by email to the address supplied with your order. The agreed CSV and supporting evidence or dossiers arrive as attachments, or through a private download link in the email when files are large. Your selected tier and accepted scope determine the package contents.
For paid orders with required inputs received, the delivery window is up to 24 hours for up to 1,000 companies, up to 7 days for 1,001–10,000, and up to 14 days above 10,000 within confirmed capacity. Exactly 10,000 belongs to the 7-day band.
We do not count a company missing a mandatory new-lead condition as a completed new lead. If the requested quantity or criteria cannot be met, we bring the issue back to you for an agreed change or other resolution. We do not fill the gap with undisclosed partial records.
Enrichment returns results for your supplied companies and can contain unresolved fields or records. Duplicate domains count once for pricing while source rows are preserved. The accepted scope determines the required fields, output format and treatment of exceptions.
Corrections, cancellation and payment questions
If you leave checkout without paying, you are not charged and no work starts. If you need to cancel after payment, contact us promptly so we can review work already performed and the applicable terms of the order.
If a delivery does not meet the accepted scope, send the affected row identifiers and a description of the discrepancy to support. We review the original evidence and agree an appropriate correction, replacement or payment remedy for the affected work. This page does not advertise a blanket satisfaction refund or an unmeasured accuracy percentage.
Billing errors and duplicate charges should be raised with support or billing@teamveristria.com. These terms do not remove any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
What the evidence does—and does not—establish
Sources and observations have dates. Technology may change; a person may move roles; a public email may no longer receive mail. A fit score measures the agreed rubric, not purchase probability. An opening angle is a suggestion to review, not proof that a company has a problem or budget.
We do not promise universal inbox placement, response rates, sales, revenue, private-system visibility or an independent manual review of every field. Any record should describe checks actually performed instead of presenting a general “verified” label as a broader warranty.
Public samples are fictional format demonstrations. They are not evidence of delivered customers, a live scan, a performance result or existing inventory.
Permitted use
Use the output for relevant business research and outreach within the accepted scope and applicable law. Buying a list is not consent from its contacts and does not establish a legal basis for every communication.
- Identify the sender, make the relevance clear, respect objections and maintain suppression lists.
- Do not harass people, evade opt-outs, infer sensitive traits or use the data for unlawful discrimination.
- Do not use the service for individual eligibility decisions in employment, credit, housing, insurance or similarly consequential settings.
- Do not resell, republish or distribute contact datasets as a data product without a separate written agreement.
- Do not submit unlawful material, abuse the site or try to access another customer’s records.
We may decline work or suspend access where the scope or use conflicts with these terms. You are responsible for the messages you send and your own suppression and compliance processes.
Privacy, sources and changes
The privacy notice explains how orders, uploads and assistant questions are processed. Third-party trademarks identify the technologies being discussed and do not imply endorsement or affiliation. Source-linked facts and original company material remain subject to their owners’ rights.
Norwegian law governs the service, subject to mandatory protections that cannot be excluded. We seek to resolve disagreements directly through the support or legal desk. Updated terms apply to new orders; the accepted scope and mandatory rights govern an existing order.
